One tip you're going down there is to stack Skill/Electronics and spam the sticky bombs on the APC every time you can. You can take out the armour even quicker this way.

I thought damaging it with player weapons was a bug and was parcrhed out in the same day?

Absolutely :)

These.guys.were taking the pee though, camping on extraction and saferooms. Were in.manhunt in the lower level foe ages just killing wave after wave of other users.

Gents whats currently the best farming area? I have some free time today and want to try stockpile some gear.

Does PA still work? I've seen some videos about running at the doors with the deployable cover? Or is there a better farm like the old Lincoln one?
 
Picked up my 1st gear set pieces last night and this morning... Nomad backpack and sentry gloves.. managed to grab a DZ supply drop... but was only purple and some phoenix creds :(. Boss guarding it dropped the sentry gloves tho so wasn't too bad.

I've managed to farm the PA a bit this morning.. You have to run it as normal and once finished drop the mobile cover in door while open then run back to start point and restart mission :0

Not hard at all-run first time at hard as normal mission (it will take you 2-3min),doing it full,then at when you finish it you will see doors open,put in the middle extension (not or smart shield - EXTENSION) and there go-just go outside mission area,change difficulty and farm until you keyboard bleeds out :D i will make screenshot where to put extension ;)
 
If any still lower level players wanna join me tonight in the DZ add me (same as forum username). I'm on around 18:00 and looking to level up in the DZ and get yellows or new gear sets, supply drops. I'm currently level 30 (agent), near 17 DZ, gear level 62 still. I won't go rogue on your arse, only downside is I don't have a head set :(

i'll add you, im DZ 33. usually on in the evenings (missus depending) and weekends.

Oh i know, i usually just run through the 1st time, I was just saying it's still possible to get through the doors when they are closed :p
 
Would any of you kind folks allow an Incursion newb to tag along? I'm fairly well geared with a combination of Nomad and HE gear, and can hold my own very well solo. Only issue being I can't use a MIC at the moment, but I have pretty fast fingers so can type;)

not ingame at the moment (got stuff to do & if i login now i find i'll be in there for hours :D) but i'm using a vector & have a dps of about 170 & health of 72 or so; using 3 piece nomad set & need to get round to rerolling a stat on each of those 3 pieces so stats will be better - haven't really checked the roll i got on the vector (will have a look later) but didn't seem out of the ordinary.

I wouldn't put all my eggs in the recrafting basket. I crafted 3 or 4 vectors & have since found that changes to other parts of my gear made a much more noticeable difference than recrafting the vector, so don't waste all your materials on that - you'll find you want them for other stuff ;)

ps - one other thing, not related to this reply - i've noticed a few people mention they're not using a microphone at the moment. I was in the same position until a couple of days ago & using a microphone makes a big difference/makes things 'easier'. I didn't want to spend much on something i didn't know if i was going to be using much so i went for this: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/speedlink-spes-clip-on-metal-microphone-sl-8691-sbk-sp-037-sl.html - basic but works well & a nice choice if you just want to try a microphone before deciding to upgrade to something better in the future ;)
