Info on commercial property?

Is there anywhere that you can get info on commercial property such as historic sale prices and other properties sold in that area etc?

I know this can be done for residential but wasnt sure if there was something similar for commercials?

Check the land registry website.. It might have sale prices depending on when it was and I would guess depending on how it's sold/leased. You'll have to pay £3 to find out what they are, but you can tell in advance whether they have them or not. and if they don't have them, I don't think anyone will

Id mainly like to know what properties sold for as Im interested in one but I think its overpriced. There are a number of similar properties on the business park that are exactly the same so would have something to compare to.
