Granted, I haven't done the maths or read the report so can't say for certain they're correct.
I don't blame them at all. After the atrocities they have had. Germany too have had bad experience with people freely moving across borders. After the UK leaves they will certainly have referendums as the pressure will be immense.
They forgot to include the amount we save by not being in the EU which is over £9k. So it is very much a positive not being in the EU.

The problem is it seems it made a good sound bite, that £4300 quote has been everywhere today, all most people will remember is they will be worse off if they vote leave. How many will actually look behind the headline? So even though what they interpret it to be is incorrect, it doesn't matter, they've taken it the way Osbourne wanted it and have been influenced by...couldn't think of the best word, lie, misrepresentation, take your pick.
What 9k are you talking about?
Someone call the Treasury, there's a savant on this forum capable of calculating budgets without the base numbers, equations or any skills in advanced mathematics.
Hilarious if the UK votes in and other countries start voting out...

Project Fear II gentlemen.
This seems to be the standard response to any attempt to discuss the facts about the various Brexit scenarios, yes. But, as with the Scottish referendum bleating about 'Project Fear' doesn't actually answer any of the arguments.
£4,300 lost to each household and £36bn black hole in tax receipts, is it worth leaving the EU?

I wonder if low turnout could swing it for the Outers...
I mean one one had the poor are perhaps more likely to be outers - 'dam migrants taking our jobs etc..' and unfortunately a lot of them are too busy watching Jeremy Kyle to vote
whereas there is probably more of an 'in' tendency in the 'educated' middle class, especially if they're reliant mostly on the BBC and guardian for news and/or have a holiday home in France...
however the people who are most likely to turn out in force on polling day are the pensioners and there are plenty of them who will vote 'out' thanks to nothing more than blatant jingoism and xenophobia
Fight fire with fire, false headlines are all that leavers can do.![]()
I'm in favour of leaving, and am over 50. My son is 18 and in favour of staying. I will vote, I doubt he will bother. I can see that scenario playing out all over the country...
