Are Germany currently leaving the 98.2% of rejected applicants stateless? No, they're sending them home.

How many have been "sent home" (wherever that may be) compared to still arriving? At what cost? I'll believe it when I see train loads being shipped out of Germany and Europe in general, because train loads have arrived...
What are our ships actually doing in the Med? We were told they were to physically stop the people smugglers, take their boats from them, and generally deter people from risking making a crossing. So far they have been used as exotic life rafts ferrying illegals ashore on the wrong side of the sea! Hardly a deterrent.

Does it really matter in the context of the EU debate? The truth is that very few asylum seekers are gaining German citizenship and therefore very few will be able to enter the UK legally if we remain in the EU.
What happens illegally is not dependent on our membership of the EU.

The ability of a rejected asylum applicant to come to the UK is identical irrespective of whether we are in the EU or not. Our EU membership makes absolutely no difference to the possibility of rejected asylum applicants coming here instead.
We are absolutely screwed. Who knows whether Leave or Remain is truly the right answer - all we know is that it's going to be decided by opinions formed on the basis of mostly just plain rubbish, made up 'facts'. On BOTH sides.
What a way for the future of our nation to be decided.
That is generally what you do when appraising against the status quo. We are already in Europe, we already have the benefits, nothing obvious will change if we remain. Therefore the focus is on what good things we'll lose. As you'd expect.

What a ludicrous question, does it really matter!!!? Every poll shows that immigration is the number one worry of the UK referendum voter. Of course it matters. There are hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants in Europe with millions more trying to get there. It gives people no comfort that Germany aren't giving them some paperwork, yet. People like me want to stop them coming here, and we see getting out of the EU as very beneficial to that goal.
But it's completely ridiculous - think about it, your logic makes no sense.
We only have free movement for EU citizens. These people are not EU citizens and therefore do not have free entry into the UK. It's really that simple. They can't come here legally - only illegally. And people who may enter illegally will do so irrespective of our EU status because guess what, they enter by breaking the law.
The paperwork is absolutely key - it should give people every comfort they are not getting it - because it's only with that paperwork that they can take advantage of what the EU permits into the UK. It's paperwork even the successful ones can't even get for years anyway!
Yet despite this it's becoming a central point in the Brexit debate. It's just nonsense.
TLDR - those that would come here would do so regardless of our EU status. Most will not unless we specifically agree to take them.

Probably less, for example, behave yourself to any reasonable degree and in France you get French nationality after 3 years. and we have seen how the ECHR supports every perfectly reasonable bid to deport immigrants who don't assimilate into our laws and way of life. I'd lose £5K a year quite happily to think we were out of this failing experiment.
