I think people underestimate just how much money they bring in just by existing. The queen also does an insane amount work just responding to ministers, officials and foreign representatives.
I am sure her job is more fulfilling, accomplishing and has a larger impact than many people here. Just because she was born into the role, there is no need to give flak over it. Half her day is essentially standard generic office work with just sitting at a desk replying to people who have contacted her.

Different strokes for different blokes i suppose. Some people just find elderly ones attractive and i suppose 90 is a pretty big benchmark as far as age goes.

Exactly. They always focus on the literal money in, money out (which has never been proven either way) and turn a blind eye to all the other areas where the Royals do a great deal for us. Diplomatic/trade relations being just one of them. I'll wager they do a substantially larger amount for charity than 90% of the super rich. That is all even before considering they are part of our history/heritage and cost us individually like 60p a year. I can pretty much guarantee the government take a lot more of money from us for far worse things.
But hey, it's the cool thing to do to hate on the Royals isn't it?
