Congrats OP, it will seem strange for a while and in years to come you will remember your service fondly and with pride, the good times and the bad.

Ah well - like i said BEFORE, why are you leaving at 19yrs? 22 years is the golden number for the IP. Is it MD, Officer?

Anywayz, RAF colleagues who have recently left are doing very well - there is life outside the blue suit!
 
Even after 14 years I still miss parts of it. I don't miss the all too regular long periods away from home but I do miss stripping engines down, fixing them and putting them back together, the camaraderie and friendly (most of the time) banter between trades and sections. This is also the longest I have ever been in one place too!!
