Dyson DC44 Cordless question

try asking the seller....

Done that, they don't open again until Monday :p

Did a search on here for Dyson, many people referred using the Dyson refurb store, hence I guess there are people who have used them and has them...thus putting 1 + 1 together, one being they are closed, other other one being people used them...thus the thread.

:)

It comes with the 3 attachments - the floor one the crevice one and the bigger one with brush on the end, we had the 44 but sent it back as it wasnt powerfull enough and got the 59 animal with 100 air watts loads better and can do the whole house off one charge, the big dyson hadly ever comes out the cupboard now

Thanks, is the 59 same as the 58?

Or the V6 is just the 58 with the long floor pipe attachment thing.

58 looks like no floor attachment or pipe

V6 is this years range i think 59 was last years

59 has everything inc mini turbo head

V6 animal is same as 59 all but colour same power as well

I already have a Henry so debating whether i need the floor attachment.

The DC58 is £160 refurb or £180 new
The DC59 and V6 Animal are £220
Also this V6 Cordless for £200

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dyson-V6-...r-guarantee-/121872597798?hash=item1c602c4326

So it's £60 extra for the floor attachments with the Animal, now I wonder if you can get them separately if I decided to later on.

I bought a DC58, got the genuine dyson pole for £30, its easy enough to find
Other diff is the Dc59 comes with the big powered head, DC58 comes with the smaller, the smaller is awesome for using in the car

we do find using the pole is more awkward though.

We just drag the big vac out when we need to do a big vacuum, using the Dc58 rest of the time.

I got the Dyson V6 from the Ebay outlet for about that price a few weeks back!

That's what we do.. The V6 gets so much more use just because it's so easy to grab and just whip round with. With a dog and two cats it's amazing!

Went with Dyson Flexi, same price as V6 but with 3 extra attachments for the house :p

I think I can retire the Henry now !

Used it once and it's amazing. Now I can do it one handed and make the whole vacuuming almost a delight rather than a chore. Can even text on my left hand while vacuum with the right lol

off-topic-ish I was concentrating on the composition of your photograph, was this taken with any kind of hdr capability ? ...
intrigued whether that is part of your everyday life ? (with my limited photographical language - depth of field/focus off at base)
... there was another thread where someone requested a master-class.

Henry was more photogenic ?

Really like our V6 Animal. When I first looked at them I thought this was a waste of money, but in fact its been a really good tool and we use it more than our upright.

Just put it down on the coffer table and took a photo, no HDR, just processed in Lightroom. Composition wise wasn't anything special.

We have the same vacuum.. It does but it's useless.. Holds change for about 15-20 mins on full power.

20min charge is what is advertised and it is plenty. I can do one room inside a minute without a cord restricting me and it's not like I keep the trigger held down whilst moving between rooms or when it is lift up. I managed to do the house (3 bed semi) yesterday and my car and it was still going.

People in the past tell me get a Henry, I have a Henry but like all corded vacuum it's a PITA to use. You yank it so it follows you, unplug it, lift it to the next room and bend down to plug it in and yank it around some more, unplug it and retract it to take it upstairs and rinse and repeat. I can do the whole house with the Dyson by the time I plug in the Henry I think, with one hand tied behind my back, as it's so light.

I'm a convert! Plus I got it on sale, £220.
