Which free multiplayer FPS/MMORPG do you recommend to play ?

Dirtybomb. very fun game great reg.fast and you can basically get everything by just playing.i jave every char not one penny spent.

not many do ftp without a hook or restriction.

played it as much as battlefield 4.:D

Elder Scroll online, Guild Wars 2?

You have to pay for the game, but no monthly fees & the game can be had for about a tenner on a site like Kinguin.

I've been playing The Elder Scrolls Online. Quite a fun game to pass the time and the quests are quite cool. Maybe I'm not very fussy but the graphics also looks pretty darn good to me as well.

I think I paid £14 for the disc version of the game on a popular site which I'm sure you know. For the amount of enjoyment I've got from it the game was well worth the price.

I play this too,as DG has said you really can unlock everything for free and plays really well.

Guildwars 2 is F2P with some restriction but at least you can get a proper try of it before having to spend few quid on the actual game.

I currently play Blade & Soul which is taking up most of my time. I don't feel restricted as a F2P player and to be honest only play it mostly for the 1v1 arena which is excellent! Equalised gear so as long as you PVE/level up to level cap then you more or less have the same skill points to talent up as a more longer term player. There is a slight caveat to this as you can level up 10 more levels which will effectively mean someone has 10 more talent points to spend than you, however a large majority of people you will meet will likely have 3-4points more and in fairness so long as you are max level then you should have more than enough points for a core build.

Planetside 2 was excellent when I frequented it 18 months ago. Stuff seemed to take a while to get points to unlock but I realise you've got to do something to keep a playerbase.
