Well, I went out for a drive in the Westfield this morning after I dropped the kids off at school, now I'm eating lunch in the back garden enjoying the sun with some chill out trance playing and in an hour I'm going to go out for a bike ride along the sea front.

I'm not sure I want my day to be any different.
