Sounds like you have first-hand experience. Do I have to call the RSPCA?
Yes from what I hear they could use some advice as they seeming know **** all about how to deal with animals.

Is it serious Saturday for you?
I don't find animal abuse funny.
I don't find aggressive dogs pinning other dogs down funny either, owners fault or not.
Kick the bloody owner then, or are you a coward?

How do you know it's the owners fault? If kicking the dog releases it's grip then I'm all for it. I'll leave you to attack the owner while your dog is still being mauled.
they have no hidden agenda and don't think 'oh I'm going to attack that border collie cos i hate border collies'.
. I miss him but he was a pain in the arse
.
.Hmmmm nope, can't see how you came to that conslusion.because the result of them flipping out it much more severe
Kick them both repeatedly or better yet, beat the owner using his dog as a meaty bat.

Official figures say that worker dogs are the #1 type for attacks, Collies, labradors, huskies, german shepards, etc, they get very bored and anxious very easily.
And Staffy bull terriers are the #1 dog NOT to attack anyone or any thing.

It may be prudent to invest in some pepper spray, there are brands especially designed to repel dogs; if you don't have any and the situation is desperate then jam your thumb in its eye as hard as you can until the eyeball bursts, this should cause the dog to release its grip.It was either that or try to think of some way of killing his dog, despite the fact, out of desperation,I had kicked it twice.![]()
