You crank up the settings. AA in particular makes a big difference. As does setting a higher pre-buffer resolution.Faster in what?
Most games and the hardware are locked to 90fps so how would you make it faster?
Which is pretty much exactly what you'd expect from 980's in SLI!from the chart on Nvidia website , the actual game ( not VR ) 1080 is seem to be around X 1.7 time faster than 980
I'd advise waiting for independent reviews before even thinking about it, way to easy getting caught up in the hype. Only if you are a VR early adopter would I get excited right now.
Quick Google shows the RRP as $599 USD.
Another site says "GTX 1080 will cost £450 and launch May 27"
If it's £450, I'm in for upgrading from a 980.
