The problem is, due to different hardware there's no "standard" ROM which universally works everywhere. You'll be needing 3rd party developers interested in the phone to develop custom ROMs.
Can't seem to find the phone on XDA, so I guess the phone's not popular at all. Doesn't really help that the listing doesn't state the manufacturer either

yeah its just some cheap crap one. the os that came with is full of bloat and spy ware
