How much do you drink?

I don't drink alcohol as it just doesn't agree with me, It either makes me feel ill or want to kill people so I just stay away from it.

Far too much. I had two tinnies last night, and I'm on two tinnies so far tonight, will probably have another before bed, and that's probably the least I've drunk per day in months. I sat down last week with a couple of bottles of ale, and decided that I was thirsty and needed actual refreshment, so went and got a bottle of cider from the fridge. I then proceeded to drink 1.5l or so of it, without even recognising it.

I stay away for a couple of nights regularly during the week and often pick up a bottle of red that I don't take home with me.

I went to Barcelona recently, and drank for the whole weekend (properly) and didn't need any recovery time.

When I got to footy on a weekend I can do 12 pints with the lads.

While I read, I think perhaps this may have become a problem.

Depends on my mood/weather/ company. I can go happily without a drink for weeks but I can also quite happily have couple of beers every night.
Don't usually get drunk though, I know when to stop. Most of the time anyway. :)
I find I'm the same with coffee as well. Sometimes I have 6 in a day and then I don't touch it for weeks.

How much do I drink..... lol

Per day

2.5 litres of coffee
5 litres of Guinness

Per week

18 litres of coffee
45-50 litres of Guinness.

Have done for about 8 years or so now, I don't drink alcohol at all in the day if I do I drink it very slowly.

The doctor went all strange on me when I told him and sent me for blood tests, all came back fine.

I cannot drink anything else though, one glass of red wine with a nice chateaubriand I can do but that's it.
Tea makes me urinate like a hose and lager just no on so many levels.
I also don't mind a nice fine cognac now and again but only one or two.

You only live once. :p

Tonight, 2 bottles of a rather nice 2012 rmalbec
Before that, probably 2 or 3 pints of Hobgoblin & a couple of glasses of red over the course of a week.

Varies but on a dip at the mo, so not too much. Stag do at the weekend though but I need to try and stay a little more sober than everyone else as I'm in charge, so need to make sure it happens properly :)

Have been questioning my relationship with alcohol of late. I'm fine if I don't start drinking, don't miss it and can go weeks without it. Once I've had a drink though, all self control goes out the window and I rarely stop until I am quite drunken. I was the same with other mind and mood altering substances in the past.

Nothing here, either, for the most part.
Ever since I was of legal drinking age, I'd soon be taking control of a vehicle and/or firearms, explosives and artillery, so alcohol was not something I really got into. I can (and sometimes have) put away an amout that surprises even me, but I rarely even find anything I like to drink - Decent port is expensive and rarely comes with decent cigars, mead isn't served in taverns any more and you get funny looks or sarky comments if you dare to ask for a Vodka Martini!
So generally I just play at being the 'Responsible Adult' for the night and go vape in the corner or something.

I've only had a couple fingers from the Scotch I was given at Christmas this year.
A friend also bought me "a year's supply of beer", which in my case was a 6-pack... He ended up having two of them and the rest went well past their Use By date, in the fridge!

Nowt.
Not a concious decision. I just kind of stopped drinking about 3 years ago. I maybe have the odd tipple every now and then but we're talking something like a single pint maybe once a month.

Sweet Jesus, 9 pints of Guinness a day?

Hope you manage to sort yourself out.

I think I'm quite unusual in that I can't drink several pints of anything without feeling horribly bloated and ill. A couple of pints of cider over an evening is fine, but any more than that and I start to regret it: if I drink more than about 4 pints I'm pretty much guaranteed to be sick either that night or the next day.

Oddly, I can drink a decent amount of wine and feel absolutely fine: 1-2 bottles on a night out with friends is pretty normal. Throughout the week, I tend to have a glass of wine with my evening meal, but no more than that usually.
