FREE Game with 1080/70?

I very much doubt there'll be a free game at launch tbh, unless some retailer or another decides to run their own promotion to grab some sales. They'll sell plenty well enough without Nvidia needing to do anything for a while.

In my experience yes, but I imagine it'll vary depending on what 3rd party cooler you're comparing it to, as well as individual setups. There's no doubt that they can't really compete at idle with newer cards being able to stop their fans entirely though, which isn't ever going to be an option with a closed, blower-style setup.
 
I'd expect it unlikely from Nvidia, they'll probably just use hype alone to sell their cards and I don't blame them. Perhaps on an individual retailer basis or for the new AMD cards perhaps, since they do need the boost. Considering how they are pushing for VR, I wouldn't be surprised if the free game was a VR title, but then not everyone would be able to use it.
 
my 780 has 2 fans that blow over the card but all the heat is left in the case, id like to move to a much smaller case which means actually removing the heat.
