Not sure if others have seen this yet. Appears they're able to accurately identify people 70% of the time (not sure if the 30% are mainly due to bad initial photography).
Now it appears people have been using it for more nefarious means;

Being able to identify random people with such accuracy. I can't imagine it's too far away that such an app with be able to target Facebook and similar sites.
