Back of a fag packet calculation, we employ 430 and turnover 150 per year if this were the entire working population then within 3 years we have burnt through all of them = we are left with the ****

I work in a professional environment, so I kinda hope I don't have any reason to be looking for an issue with people though lol.

I'd have thought there is probably as many deviants wearing a suit and tie that as there are blue overalls. Just look at our house of Lord ffs...

Presumably these people have served their time for their convictions. It's up to you now to decide if YOU stay among these "scumbags" or get a job where you won't come into contact with undesirables (lol)
 
Well, what would you do with them?

1-Leave them in prison forever (overcrowding, expensive)
2-Concrete shoes in the river (ethics?)
3-Lifetime on benefits (expense)
4-Send them back (or just up north)

Inevitably they're going to end up getting a job. If everybody decides to run them out of town, refuse to work with them, etc, you have to then choose an option from that list. Plus if they can't get a job they're going to be an increased risk of further offending.

So pretty much they have to get a job, and therefore someone has to work with them. I don't think it's therefore a good idea to allow every Tom, Dick and Harry to know be able to dig this information up. Should be restricted to employers and kept confidential. I'd previously assumed that was the case...
 
With two parents as school teachers and a plethora of other fine social mere mortals in my family and extended family, I'd have to go with the compassionate belief that these people have served their time and are entitled to work, prosper and seek happiness, somewhat as much as anybody else.

Yep this too, I read an interesting reddit thread involving the discussion of "non offending paedophiles" basically, we aren't the only species where it occurs, happens in bonobos etc.

And generally non offenders can seek out treatment. The problem is if you heavily stigmatize it (I mean rightfully I guess), but you can't treat / manage it.

Could be translated as "at 18, decided to show a mate some naked pics of his 17 yo girlfriend".

Not saying that is the case, but note how in the first guys record it states the victim(s) were under 13 and under 16?
 
** UPDATE**

Ok so after ending up in Hospital thinking i was having a heart attack which turned out to be stress related and not actually a heart attack thank god. And after many tests and a few thousand dollars in medical bills i got an offer for a really good position back at my old employer. Needless to say i took it and now have zero stress and Lindt actually run background checks on employees.

So if i had remained one of our new laser operators and one of my direct subordinates would have been this guy.
