powering gpu's

hi, is it possible to power the pcie slots on a gpu from the molex leads? what adapters would i need if poss( 8 pin)

Your Corsair psu should have 6+2 pin pci-e leads to plug into the gpu's.

no, this is for a mining rig. i need to know if i have to buy another psu or i can convert molex into pcie plugs?

yes mining ethereum with 4 7970's is making me around 6 quid a day at the moment
