Maybe if you're struggling to get the tongue-in-cheek reference to typical conspiracy theory-level 'evidence' then it's you who needs to engage the brain? It seems like you're looking for outrage where there is none.

Caged,
I'm certainly not struggling with tongue-in-cheek comments. There are plenty of "tongue-in-cheek" comments that would be acceptable, however not when they are relating to victims of a plane crash.
I have some contacts with media companies that look for this stuff, and Im sure they would be keen to hear more about your views.
Looking forward to your reply![]()

Im thinking somone tried to or successfully took control and ditched it

Looking like a fire on board, could still be caused by a bomb I guess. Grim way to go whatever happened up there
Crazy that with todays technology it takes this long to find a plane, even in a busy place like the med.

Hahahaahah this is golden! Internet Warriors really are bat **** crazy!
But do not modern planes have a fail safe as in you cannot ditch it so to say.
That guy who ditched it the plane in the Alpes could not fly faster down due to safety mechanism of over speed???
Black box technology is a fantastic example of human engineering yet they haven't found an easier way to find/recover it. Really think this needs to be improved.
Amazed they don't have autofloatation devices and transponders attached.
Smoke first detected in the toilet according to BBC sources. How is this information gathered? I though it would only be accessible once the black box has been recovered.
I guess some telemetry is broadcast including sensor data.
