PC restarts on reboot constantly!

Hi Guys

My recently built PC suddenly started restarting every time I tried to turn it on and sometimes it turns on and stays on, but no picture as if it doesn't detect the GFX card.

This problem accrued before and I sent the RAM sticks and CPU to the manufacturer and they sent me a new one under the warranty and my problem was fixed for couple of months, now its doing it again.

Things I have already done to fix the issue:

Check all wiring
Resat CPU & Rams
Changed RAM slots (This fixes the problem temporarily, after 1 shut down the problem occurs again)
Changed the CMOS battery on MOBO & reset the CMOS with jumper several times!

Below is my spec:

Board: MSI Z97 GAMING 5
CPU: Intel i7 4790k 4.0 GHZ
Fan: Stock fan with termal cooling paste added (Works & hav been working fine)
GFX: MSI GEFORCE® GTX 970 GAMING 4G
PSU: Corsair CX 600M

Could be a faulty PSU. Try it without the GPU in and use the onboard graphics.

can you see anything when the pc boots? e.g. the mobo start up bit. or just black screen?

When this problem occurs, the computer restarts every 1 second, I know this because I can see the computer power down and power back up.

Sometimes instead of the constant restart the computer will remain on, but there will not be any POST picture on the monitor (the monitor will say there is no signal even though GFX card lights are on)

When the PC loads, It loads fine and goes into windows 10 without any issues.

Yesterday I updated BIOS through USB thinking it might fix the issue but still no dice!

Thanks for your reply, I will run some tests on the GPU and get back to you.
