Looks like my reversing mate has also killed my fuel sensor and the bike also seems to be running a little warmer than usual. Pain in the bum!

You have a rad cooling fan does it kick in still, can't think what other damage that would make it run hotter

Checked the fuel sensor wiring

Yep fan kicks in and drops the temp just seems to be climbing above that point more than normal, only thing I can think of is that some air has made it's way into the cooling system so there's a slight air lock.

Need to check the wiring tonight only noticed it this morning as my blinking light should have kicked in on my commute unless I'm magically getting some rather good fuel economy for some reason.

Z750 is a good shout and the Z800 too.

Do it! :D Any questions just ask. Mines an older 2005 than what you'd be looking at I imagine but not much changed ont he facelift. Z800 did obviously.

Ignore the "IL4 boring" squad, mental claim. Especially with engines from nakeds as they're often detuned for more midrange so not as peaky. Nice torquey engine.

I think some people have that view because to get the best out of them you need to be right up the rev range by which time you're already close to or already breaking most speed limits.

Kreeeee - what is going on with the Alpine weather? 10 days before we leave and the majority of the passes are still closed and it is still snowing!

Good luck!

There's still snow everywhere which is mad at this time of year, and I had a massive storm on my wedding day last weekend!

The good news is that it will not last into June, but the delay of the warm temperatures will mean you will hit the stormy season which would normally have hit in May. Hail stones the size of golf balls are not fun at all to ride in, and the roads are very slippery when the storms first hit after a little dry spell so take care over here.

V-Twins and triples do typically have a lot more low RPM torque and character to their engines.

V4's are the best of both I reckon.

BTW Sold the RST Leather Trousers, they were too big overall. I'm size 30, looks like I'm not as fat as I thought haha :p
