How to fix scafolding tube to wall

Got this 16ft section last night and it's heavy.

She wanted a old school washing line so running a length from Garage Apex to this. Same height, level etc.

Question is how to mount this too the wall?

I can maybe sink it down 2ft and use some postcrete to hold the base in.

Ideas.

Bit awkward given it's in a corner. You could either use some steel angle and bend it to shape, then drill into the wall. Or you could use a proper wall-plate with built in scaffold clamp but you'd need to choose which wall to use so you could tighten the bolt.
 
I'd be bolted to A wall, not across the front of it between the two. The photo's make it look like it's in a corner.

It's one solid wall just a supporting section is twice the thickness and that's where I rested the pole but now going to use the brackets as suggested above and bolt all the way through.

We had a line like this. One at the top, and one below at normal level. Was brilliant for the bed sheets

Oooo didn't think of doing 2 in 1 like that. I'll let her know.
