I woke up to temperature issues on my INNO 3d Hybrid 980Ti when firing up The Division.

Having a look on Afterburner, it looks like the GPU is hitting 94 degs (In game), before throttling back & eventually idling around 60 oC (idle). I manually change the speed of the radiator fan and at idle it doesn't make a difference if it is at 0 or 100%, it'll still idle at ~60oC.

The only thing I can think of is it's a water pump issue. Can anyone offer any advice before I RMA it?

Yeah, i thought of that, i figured it might be an air lock, but i've removed the card and gave it a bit of a shake. Still same issues.

Bah, looks like a slow RMA to South East Asia. I remember taking a gamble with this card and figured it was worth the slow RMA risk. Gamble lost. :)

Well, I've RMA'd the card.

Lots of credit to OcUK, they emailed within minutes of receiving the card to say they are shipping it to Inno3d for repair/replacement. Now to see how Inno3d fair.

It's a little painful not having another Nvidia card to slot in whilst it's gone, but these things happen i guess. :)

So sounds like Inno3d couldn't repair/replace the hybrid.

Got an email today from OcUK to expect a delivery of a EVGA GTX 980Ti Classified.

More than happy with the service from OcUK, not so much Innod3d. :)

Glad to hear you got a result. Will you not miss the AIO cooling though?

It's always funny with 'brands' aint it. I've had a great time with inno3d (2 x 780Ti's, one of which I still use in my work rig).
On the other hand I would never touch a Gigabyte GPU now. Had 3 go **** up on me over the last 5 years or so.

Its random in my eyes. Does not matter if its Inno3d Asus MSI or whateve. If it will brake IT WILL no matter what

It is true, but I'll pay more attention to RMA policies in the future. A month without a card it too excessive for me. It's ok if you have a replacment to tide you over, but it's been a long month. :)
