Golf 7R / Golf Mk7 R

I've gone with Lapiz Blue. Looking at the pictures I wasn't that sure about it but when I seen one up close in person I was sold :D

Nice you got a date set yet for collection ?

My colleague has the Lapiz blue and he mentioned that it a bit tricky to keep it looking good though, but if you are into the whole cleaning thing then it shouldnt be an issue :D

At least you get a week or two of blue looking clean, white cars look like a 5 year old Transit van that's never been washed by the time you've reached the end of your road :p

it's a shame they don't offer the R400 seats... but I wouldn't like to see the price of them as an extra.

Had my R for about 2 months now and the only downside I can think of is the fact I don't get to drive it more.

Love the car.

I went for:

Black Metallic
DSG
Media Package w/ Dynaudio
19" Wheels
Privacy glass

Pretty much standard minus the wheels and Media system.

Can't wait to take it for the first time to North Wales later this summer. :)

Black. Only colour you should be considering. My MK7 GTI looks the biz in black.
Saw an R yesterday actually in the dark blue, didn't like it :(

Not yet but hopefully will do in the next few days. It's being delivered rather than me collecting.

I want it now! :(

Ordered my new Golf R the other week. Looking at around 8-12 week build time. I was looking at another big family disal to replace my mondeo but had a change of heart :D

Just a few options ticked

Keyless entry
Dynaudio sound package
Android link thing
Rear parking camera
Tinted rear windows

There were deals on the Mk6 too and the M135 and neither used market is flooded with cheap examples.

We're they quite restrictive on the milage? I've not looked into lease deals much, but the milage limits I've seen discussed on here seem to be quite low?

Yes, they usually are.

The mileage has a significant effect on the residual value of the car, which is what underpins the whole deal.

Extra miles above your contract are usually pretty cheap.
My R Estate comes with 5k miles pa and I'll probably do double that at 7ppm = £350 pa.

Nice one

I just had the paperwork to fill in and sign this lunch time.

Stuck with the original options that I mentioned
19s
DCC
Tech Pack
Keyless
Rear Parking Cam

65% already come with the R as standard , unless you opted for the 90%
What colour did u go for ?

I finally decided on limestone grey in the end. Was going to get the blue but wanted something a little more subtle .

Really looking forward to it arriving. Should be a nice little change from the 2ltr disaels I normally end up with. Thanks to recent job move it gave me a bit more free cash. So bought the wife a DS3, which gave me more flexibility in my car choice .

my GTD is in reflex silver and love the colour, but if
if i had the choice again though, id go for blue probably, black maybe
