CANCELLED - OCUK Civilized South-Eastern Lunch MkVIII - 25/06/2016

The date for this lunch will be Saturday 25th June, meeting time 11AM.

This will be the same format as last time. We will be meeting at the The Woodman at 11AM with the aim to depart from there at 11.30AM.

From there we will make our way to The Star Lingfield to have lunch around 12.30.

Route to be determined (and probably will wing it on the day!) but will be roughly this:

I'm a maybe - I might be doing the "Race Against the Sun" (Lands End to Lowestoft before sunrise as per Top Gear) either this weekend or the week before and I don't know which it'll be yet.
 
Stick me down as a maybe, got a lot of work to do to the M5 before the trip to Europe and I might need that Saturday depending on the progress made during the two weekends before.
 
Cant make this meet still in Russia until 23/6. My windows are being tinted on the 25/06. All day job 8hrs. Following weekend having a full CIC installation which will take 12-14 hours. Will have to catch up with you guys at the July meet.
 
Now I am back on 4 wheels I would have loved to start attending these as can drop the wife off with family on Canvey Island on the way down. Sadly I am at Silverstone on the 25th. Will keep an eye out for the next one though.
 
I'll be there... Toyota Celica GT // Skoda Octavia... Place your bets. :p

If I bring the Skoda I'm going first ;)

I'd forgotten about that, had told myself I was going to do it this year! Busy both weekends around the solstice though so that kind of puts that plan to bed... Next year :)
 
I'm getting my service and alignment carried out at Abbey Motorsport in Oxted that morning, so I won't be too far away. Put me as a maybe, I might be able to swing by on my way home if it's all finished in time.
 
I'm probably not too busy that day.


I will, however, be in Crete. And it's a bit of a way to drive. Sorry.
