All of the non-Founders Editions are out of stock on Overclockers UK, Amazon, ****** etc.

It's been out over 2 weeks.

Any idea when stock is due to be available?

they are getting stock in but all the people who pre-ordered will be getting theirs first :) expect stock sitting on the shelves around July timeframe.

Pretty sure some EVGA rep or some other brand rep on twitter or/and gibbo said that one of the reasons for higher than expected prices was because of such low supply currently.

EVGA rep also said there's some dragon holiday in Taiwan which has slowed down production for a week.. I don't know how true that is but hey lol

Poor yields for Pascal ain't helping. It's not in a companies interests to hold back and build up stock if they can get what they have out the door at a high price especially when the product has cost £££'s to develop and will only have a short shelf life till the next best thing comes along.

Yep. They have the high end market to themselves for the next 4 months at least. If the vega rumour of October turns out not to be true, then they'll dominate even longer

the funny part about enthusiast market, they run after performance, if Vega out performs 1080/ti, they will buy it because it's faster, unless they are Nvidia's hardcore fans, who wouldn't buy AMD card anyway, so the enthusiast market is much simpler to handle, give highest performance you sell to bunch of them even if they bought something couple months ago.
performance and mainstream market on the other hand, these are ppl who upgrade only when they need to, and once that customer is lost it take more time to get it back, and certainly more than a faster card.

I've heard from a little bird that nV has limited distribution to AIBs for the first few weeks so they can sell FEs. Rumors about low supply, production issues, holidays etc are misdirection.

I pre-ordered 5 minutes after they were available to order and I'm still waiting. I'm sure nvidia will be holding stock to allow them to push the founders card out there.
