£799 and removed the fun of fitting the block ??? Dunno about you other watercooling guys but half the fun is getting a new shiny block and fitting it ?

seems a tad steep for a logo on a sticker ?
 
Considering you can pick up a second hand 980ti with blocks for about 350 this is obscene.
 
Wow, these cards are just taking the absolute **** just now. I don't understand why anyone would pay this when they could get a standard one for £525 (which is still pricy) and wait for a water block.
 
Ouch that's pretty expensive, think I will be fitting my own waterblock instead. Unless they are in stock now, then I may cave and buy a pair of them! Chances are they will arrive before my Strix anyhow...

Waterblocks are in stock. The issue is finding a standard one in stock but that should ease next week.

Like I said, £610 DIY but have to wait till next week or this card for £799...........................hmmmm

But that was my point, id rather wait a week and save £190.

hell you can buy a flounders today plus full block for £698.

To cap it all off too, it's barely clocked any so there's no reason to get it from that point of view either. As you say though 6 people clearly wanted to for some reason.

I made that mistake

If you look at MSI website you will see what base clock actually is bit confusing at first. Basically this is the first custom pcb with a waterblock available. I agree it's a good £50 markup on it but can also see why someone would buy one.

Honestly if someone wants a pre fitted waterblock card you might as well just get one of the OCUK Tech Labs ones doubt performance would be to much different.
