Arrr okay. I definitely prefer the Graphite to the White. Ill have a look at more images/videos of it to get a better idea of the colour. It always looks different in person.

Color is a dirty light grey. Similar to the iPhone iirc. You can cover it with a case but I'm not sure whether you would like that

what cases are you guys using? gf has got hers and she's looking for a case but I can't find anything thin/simple.

I ordered the Sandstone case which I'm liking. But as an option I've also ordered (for about £4) a "ORZLY®
- FlexiCase for OnePlus 3". It's clear which will let me see the back of the phone.

Sure, sRGB tuning is a niche requirement if you go by the fact that most people don't care about colour accuracy. However, colour reproduction is either accurate or inaccurate, there's no element of "opinion" with regards to the display.

But the problems never got fixed. But the fan boys are really funny in that thread

I don't think that is true. Pretty sure the makers did a Reddit AMA (ask me anything) and they said it wasn't happening.

Ordered mine on the 16th and still waiting for it to ship - I read the Anandtech review yesterday and from the tone of their comments about the screen, wondered if I'd made a mistake. I'm reassured by the comments of people who actually have theirs but the Anandtech review did stick the boot in quite heavily.
