Ebay dispute- DPD screwed up? Need advice

It just doesn't work and won't be his decision anyway. The guy will claim via eBay and PayPal will refund the money. The OP won't have a say in the matter.

I have a friend who is a manager at eBay and after speaking to him he'd like to know which 2 staff agreed and review it. Proof of signature has not been presented thus the buyer hasn't "received the goods".
 
This thread should be stickied and every time there is an ebay thread, just direct those guys here.

It is proof that ebay is so full of scammers that even the victims are scammers.

Actually wouldn't take long to pinpoint OP's laptop.
1 "Used"
2 "only display sold listings"
3 "UK only"
4 search term "dell laptop"
5 "Look for laptop costing around 850"

search dates before 21st of june OP's post. 6000 total hits, and most of 6k will be from like 3 months back. And apparently according to OP winning bidder had 24 feedback.

I'm having a browse now.

OP dizz you dawg? price doesn't match, buyer has not left feedback for it despite being sold many days ago. And the buyer had 1 feedback with new account.

Price doesn't match exactly but it was close, nor does buyer feedback. But you could be telling porkies to try hide us finding it :D
