Honestly I see this as a slight win to Leave (<2%) but Id be surprised if Parliament accept that as something theyll take to Brussels

Isnt it Europe that does the paying, EU is just the political entity sitting on top. Hopefully we can sort one from the other to UK advantage however this vote goessaying leave when the EU pays their wages effectively

Why not? It is a binary choice and if over half the country want it then...
its not a binding referendum, its just a "see what the public want" exercise which they will take into account.
The %ages are fine; it's the turnout that is killing us. On top of the low reported turnouts in London I think we're doomed.
