Can someone please help explain to me how this is bad for Labour? I don't get it at all. It's a disaster for Conservatives IMO, which directly is a big win for Labour

Labour seemed fairly united as pro-remain, whereas Cons were split.

Hope this doesn't cause a ripple effect across Europe, a weakened Europe is very very bad for us and will affect our security.
Oh its gonna cause a massive ripple, I can imagine multiple referendums in the next few years

ps3ud0

Whilst no one wanted to mention it, I don't think anyone with any sense or intelligence expected a brexit with no pain... we all expect a short to medium tern hit but it will be ok in the long run..

When there is war in Europe it spreads to the whole world, might be over hyping things ( I hope) but this might be bad.

Blame Cameron.

It is this sort of stuff that was particularly cringe-worthy from remain. NATO is responsible for security in Europe, we're not leaving NATO. Why on earth do you think there is going to be was in Europe as a result of this?

Thanks for making that decision for me.... I have to live in the mess this creates, try and buy a house, get myself comfortable.

Exactly.

'If we stay or we leave, the fundamentals of the economy will be relatively unmoved', Woodford said.
On the impact of a Brexit on sterling, Woodford said: 'It will be a significant event globally that may well be reflected in weakness of sterling, but that will be relatively temporary.
'If the currency is weaker for a period, that will be potentially stimulative for the economy, so it might actually work out to be good news for exporters.'
