I don't see what everyone's up in arms about. With a volatile exchange rate putting the prices up i.e. hedging is the sensible thing to do. Imagine if there were 1000 orders at a price that was no longer economical, OC would have had to take a loss on everyone of those. The fact that no one else put prices up is immaterial, perhaps they had an FX hedge in place protecting them? Perhaps the orders wouldn't have been honoured at the lower price?

They just said I won't get mine as part of the batch of 50 coming today. I must ask start of next week...
That's not the main point its more to do with place higher price create a buzz lower the price back peeps panic buy... that where originally sat on the fence..

Depends on the market and who blinks first, current instructions are we can take the hit. If the rate drops lower and stays lower that may change.
I can't honestly see the dollar getting above 1.44 anytime soon, so anyone looking to buy should just jump now. Or accept you're waiting a few months, or paying more. Of course, currency speculation is not for the faint hearted, so just do what feels right

Great.....looks like it will be over a month then eh. if i didnt have a black and white build with a big window i would have jumped ship 2 weeks a go and got a founders.....1st and last time i choose EVGA, poor.

I am back on UK soil, just landed, I am going to head to office and sort the pricing properly so bear with us guys as my aim is to pretty much restore the prices where I can, just be patient all shall be sorted in a few hours.

Ah good I did say just revert until I am in and let's wait until 15:00 and I shall then review of very single product manually yes all 1500 of them and adjust those I absolutely have too but my plan is to try and hold all VGA card prices.
As the last thing I want is to increase any pricing and if the wait does not recovery I can check out a huge product manually and see that f we can soak it up or not before moving price.

Hi, any news on the inno3d card deliveries? waiting on the x3 specifically but have noted a few people chasing on the x4's as well.
