The way I see things now, it might not fix migration, but sovreignty and law making would be fully in our own hands, is to rejoin the EFTA and go down that route. We might need to pay a similar or slightly smaller amount than we already do into the eu, but we would be exempt from many areas of eu legislation. Companies trading would still need to comply with eu standards but it leaves the other 94% of uk business free from the same legislation.

One caveat is that freedom of movement might need to stay for a while, but joint with the other EFTA members, we could negotiate limit on migration as a block.

Some reading that talks on the subject. It would also mean gaining back our fishing waters as EFTA states are not subject to the common fisheries policy. Nor would we be subject to the current legislation covering local business.

Are the hoards in Calais going to disperse and choose another country to invade then? I think I could handle the stigma were that the case, but I see no helicopters showing a mass exodus towards the borders of more racially tolerant countries.

Who are these "people" who think we have become racist over a period of hours? :)

it made no sense, but again it showed how uneducated population is on politics.

people thought they where in government and could carry out their manifesto, they weren't they where the small part of a coalition.

it really needs to be taught at school.
we really need laws on politicians lying, misleading etc.

If there's actually video evidence of this then these people are absolute morons and can hopefully be caught with the evidence. If these are just 'quotes' from people though I wouldn't put it past a lot of the remainers making stuff up after the way i've seen a lot of them acting since Friday.

I guess you referring to the EU Army, you need to look at the history regarding this between those that do not want it the US, UK and those that do in the EU.
