OMG Farage ******* off the EU again, someone shut him up. He's being booed! How do we tell the EU he isn't representing us, no wonder they don't like us. They seem to know him for what he really is. They also seem to know more about us than the 52% here do.
How was he allowed to become our representative in the EU.
Andi.

Chill he does this all the time.

Has anyone seen the media reporting about the FTSE markets today.

They don't seem to be as keen to report as they do when it goes down.

Yes, the BBC have mentioned it a few times in their live coverage. I saw an interview about it on Sky News as well a little while ago.

It might be worth following the news first before making these sorts of comments...

The Snp are clueless apart from wanting away from the UK.

Getting tired of there rhetoric, let them go, build a fence and let them to there German masters. Then in another 10 years the same thing will happen. hell they can't even build a tram line.....

I would not be so sure on that....I think the EU would jump at the chance to keep Scotland & NI inside the EU.
Sturgeon was told no by the EU and that Scotland would have to reapply after leaving Britain (the reality of that situation is likely to be unpalatable, which is why she then threatened to block Brexit). I can't imagine NI being different.

He was voted in by the British public. Quite possibly with few people interested either way, or because he had no opposition to the position in his area.

Their membership is part of the UK's, they had been told before that if they left the UK they will have to start membership from scratch, take the euro and everything with it. None of the special privileges the UK currently has till we leave etc.

Things are different now. The situation is different from Scotland if the UK is leaving. The EU may decide that getting Scotland back on board is worth more than it was.

They talk about keeping the pound but they have already been told that they can't keep it by the bank of england.

To be pedantic, the BoE can't stop Scotland using the pound. They can only stop them having a proper central bank if they do. This would make Scotland entirely hooked to a foreign currency which, to put it mildly, wouldn't be a great position to be in.

The Euro is also difficult for Scotland because so very, very much of their trade is with the rest of the UK.

A rally is never reported as much as a crash; it's not a conspiracy. In any case it's on the BBC News front page so it's hardly being hidden.

Are NI particularly desperate to break away? Sturgeon's screeching has distracted me from NI's point of view.

Have you been able to understand anything of what he said, or you only judge by the booing?

You sound like a person who doesn't understand a lot, just saying.
