Oh Canada!
I'm looking for 3 case fans for my Antec P100 (all three @ 140mm).

I am looking for something quiet and efficient. Preferably static pressure over airflow optimized.

My case is a silent case and I want to keep it that way. I will be running all of these fans off molex at 12V so they have to be quiet stock.

Price doesn't really matter. I want quiet reliable fans. LEDs are cool too. Ideally blue or purple.

If you have ever heard one of the stock antec 3 or 2 speed case fans, I want something as quiet as that or quieter.

Noctua ULN run at 800rpm at stock speed and they come with an adaptor to lower it even further if ya want it really quiet.

Theyre very expensive and people dont like the colours normally though, Its the quietest stock fan i own though.

Bequiet silent wings 2 or 3 if u can get hold of them. Very solidly German engineered fans that are around 15 to 20 pounds each. As good as Noctua.
I have 5 silent wing 2 fans around case and two noctuas on heatsink. End result: very quiet pc!

I second the be quiet choice. Basically as good as Noctua but better looking imho. Come with adapters molex to 5V, 7V, 12V depending on what speed you need. Silent Wings 2 140mm is 1000rpm fan that should be very quiet at full blast. You mentioned LEDs which look great but limit your choice of fans. It may be better to get a separate Led strip Nzxt usually go for circa £10 depending in length.

Also a side note looking at what you wrote, at speeds of sub 1000rpm I doubt you will find a high static pressure fan. Though might be wrong.

The Noctua ULN do say ideal for radiator cooling on them so i assume that means they keep a decent static pressure at low speeds.

If you're not controlling the fan speed, look for fans with low maximum RPMs. For 140mm at low speeds for rads, I would look at some Noiseblocker eLoops:

Yeah theyre my fav 140mms, they do run a bit faster than the ULN and i suspect have lower static pressure but they stay quiet up to higher rpms which is why i like them more. Tbh i dont htink youll go far wrong choosing any quality low rpm fans.

Just checked because high static pressure at low rpm is difficult to achieve even for best fans. I regard Noctua as one of the best and would be using them myself if it wasn't for the colour which puts me of a little, hence I went with be quiet.

I know the specs are showing both fans at their rated speed:

Noctua NF-A14 ULN @ 800 rpm - 0.69 mm H₂O
be quiet Silent Wings 2 @ 1000 rpm - 0.81 mm H₂O

So these should be comparable in terms of static pressure. Noctua is about 47 cfm and be quiet 60 if you believe the specs that is :)

I'm sure using either of those will achieve a very decent performance and they're sure to be if not completely than very close to silent.

Why would anyone in this day and age not use variable speed control on cases fans .. the same as CPU and GPU coolers do? It is only the logical thing to do.:p

Idd, i would much prefer more powerful fans that allow you to turn them up when needed. I guess a lot of people dont still though since noctua provide the molex connector and the 7v adapter.

Indeed. I'm to lazy to update my sig rig, and that is like 3 years old now. All of my systems have 1300+rpm fans, but most never run above 1000-1100rpm even in the hottest weather under hours of 100% load .. load so heavy screen freezes trying to surf the web. Sure, I could OC more, but don't simply because they are plenty fast as they are.
