It's a mediocre unit but should be fine for your build. Next time go for a gold rated psu, much higher quality.
There have been a couple of reviews that show the RX 480 exceeding the 75W pci-e motherboard slot limit. The link below gives more info.

I have read of a few people that have dead pcie slots. Also look at the link above.
The efficiency has no bearing on the quality of the psu. The 600B is decent enough for the ops requirements. If he had an i7 5820K and a GTX 1080 then I would suggest something better.
Except it does. The manufactuarers use crappier components in a lot of the bronze rated PSUs. My Corsair CX600 is bronze and is cheaply made, but you can bet if I went with a corsair that had a gold or platnium rating it would be in a different tier quality wise. The same goes for his EVGA. Just look at the G2, it's rated gold and uses quality components.

Except it doesn't. It all depends on the psu platform, oem and component selection on whether a psu is good or not. The 80 plus rating is just how efficient it is.
My Bronze rated XFX psu for example is Seasonic made and uses Rubycon and Chemi-con 105c Japanese caps. The Antec HCG M is also the same unit internally. Both of these are far better than something like a Corsair CX (Green label) which is also Bronze rated.
Furthermore there are some really really crap 80 plus gold units. However OP's EVGA 600B is a perfectly fine unit and won't need upgrading for unless he needs more power.
An aftermarket RX480 is probably a good shout. Maybe a 1060 if they are available when you make the purchase.
Still not buying it. I understand you can get crap gold rated psus and good bronze rated ones. But looking at the efficiency rating is still a good indicator of quality. You'll have a hard(er) time finding a good bronze rated psu than a good gold rated one. Obviously no offense intended, I'm not looking to start any arguments, it's just what I've noticed when i've been looking into them. It seems some manufacturers skimp on the components when it comes to bronze rating.
So if you can get poor Gold rated units and good Bronze rated units then how is the efficiency rating a good indicator ? You have just contradicted yourself with that very statement.
Good Bronze rated units are easy to find. The EVGA B2 is one example.
Which manufacturers are you referring to that skimp on components ?
