Why not? I see theirs a Black mobo with red led's, but thought this one looks better.

I haven't seen that one either? It's the same as the one I want z170. Why aren't both of these for sale in the UK?

X99-Designare EX is available already, for example at OCUK

Regarding Z170X-UD3 Ultra you won't find this board not only in UK but in whole Europe as well.
We have many different models at our production line. For years we have received feedback from market that it’s difficult to pick GIGABYTE board because there are too many models available. That is one of the reasons why we limited available models in European market.
