I was planning just to sell on eBay ive bought a few on there with no detail in what it has in it but if someone could add in the corner of a logo these details as it only has 100% VG and premium quality flavouring that is PG based and i mix it at 80/20, 80 vg and 20% flavour so pg

OP have you taken a look at google images for inspiration?

Take a look through these and post up any that you like, or like aspects of, then it will be much easier/quicker for some to throw something together (ideally in illustrator).

Also its intended use will place constraints on design so what will the logo be used for? Website, bus cards, product packaging, clothing?

That's not really the issue. The main ingredients are PG and VG, with nicotine that's already been cut in a lab. The contentious parts are the flavourings, but even those are largely innocuous. There's no benefit to a flavouring seller offloading dangerous crap.
