EK-CoolStream PE 360... the best?

I like the clean look of a reservoir on its own, but as I can't hide the pump anywhere in this case and it would be visible anyway, a combo seems more logical. Position wise on the right hand side seems to be the only place for it, based on a few other builds I've seen done in the 303.

I like the look of the XSPC D5 170/270 Photon and the EK-XRES 140 D5... the Photon isn't PWM but the EK is.

PWM on the pump doesn't matter too much, until now none of my previous builds had been, i just used to set the pump on speed 3.

This build I am going as quiet as possible. In theory, just browsing my 5820 and 1080 should be totally silent with no fans running and just a low pump speed :)

Yeah quiet is exactly what I'm going for also! Thanks for the advice, I'm sure won't be the last time it's needed though haha! ;)

BTW, im not exaggerating, both the 1080 and 5820 can be water cooled with NO fans running and just the pump going if you are just browsing. Google the video of the 1080 running a browser with just the waterblock on and not even connected to the loop!

So make sure you get some kind of fan controller/software ;)

One thing that has got me a bit puzzled as to how to resolve is I keep reading that rads should always be as exhaust, yet in this case, if I do that, I will have no intake other than the rear, which will give me a very negatively pressurised case... which I surely don't want for dust buildup. So what should I do? Do away with the bottom rad and just have fans there on intake? Or am I being silly?

No rad fans do not have tp be exhaust, in fact work out the best airflow config in ur case and install the rads jn that oritentation will yield the best result

As said, my bottom and front rads have the fans blowing air into the case which is five fans and then I have three at the top exhausting so positive pressure.

Okay ambient temps in the case will be higher than having all on exhaust but everything except the mobo is water cooled so doesn't really matter
