Philip Hammond looks the first to have been moved from the foreign office to Chancellor.

And lol of all lols, Boris has just walked into Downing Street. Big job for BoJo.

If he gets head of Brexit I will absolutely crease up.

Any ways, bit disappointed to see Amber Rudd is probably foreign secretary. She is far too combative for that role and I think is way too pro EU for it.
 
This might be an incredibly retarded question, but what qualifies someone to become Chancellor of the Exchequer (I know they're actually 'picked'). Hammond has in the past been the Transport Minister- surely he can't have trained all his life to be an expert at both transportation and the economy?
