Misogyny

Okay the big question. Is it okay for me to open a door for a woman or am I going to hell?

Don;t do it. A few years ago i held the door open for a women and she gave me a torrent of abuse about how she didnt need a man to help her and I was putting her and other women down and I was a sexist pig.

I hold doors open for men and women.

95% of the time you get a thanks and occasionally they don't even acknowledge you.

Sexist abuse for holding a door open? I can scarcely believe that.

Were you touching yourself whilst you did it?

I'd have slammed it in her face.

And on the same daily mail page I see these click-bait links:

- Busty Frankie Essex shows off her impressive two stone weight loss as she slips into a black cut-out swimsuit on Ibiza holiday

- Geordie Shore's Marnie Simpson flaunts her svelte figure in a sporty one-piece... as she puts on a very flirty display with on/off flame Aaron Chalmers

- Call her Ms Low-pez! Jennifer strips off cape to expose revealing top as she croons Love Make The World Go Round on Fallon

- Braless Khloe Kardashian shows off perky assets in a flimsy top as she steps out looking slimmer than ever after ex Lamar Odom's LAX flight incident

- On ya bike! TOWIE's Danielle Armstrong showcases her ample cleavage and toned abs in tiny sports bra as she joins co-stars for a cycle during Majorca filming

- Braless Bella Hadid reveals a little too much in her semi-sheer low-cut vest top as she heads out in New York

How about starting with the editor of the Daily Mail.

it's not "unwanted attention" though when they're wh0ring themselves to a rag for publicity.

Should have told her she was welcome to walk back through the door, then you could let it slam in her face. For equality! :D

"Uninvited verbal contact or engagement" can be interpreted as any initiation of conversation. Asking for directions would fall under this category.

the good news is this means univited engagement like holding a door or giving up a bus seat for them is now no longer allowable.

can't wait to see how they apply this to all the 20+ genders they decided to recognise. a gender-fluid creature asks a partially-androgynous-temporary-lesbihermaph if they want a drink, and all Hell breaks loose.

So what's the score if a woman wolf whistles another woman? Will it still be an offence or will the 'victim' not be offended because the 'offender' was also female? What if the woman whistles back, will she then become the offender too or will they call it quits? What about race?...

The variables on this are ridiculous, how can this possibly be enforced?

What about if a woman whistles at a man or goes to kiss him e.t.c. :) It does happen.

My view was somewhat challenged after I listened to an interesting podcast episode (Love + Radio - An Old Lion, or a Lover's Lute), where a woman started talking to a guy who had called her out in the street. He was in his '50s, and she later sat down for an interview with him. Was an interesting and quite charismatic guy, and he reckoned that of every 10 women he called out to, he would get talking to half, and would get the number of one or two of those. And he would smash it in 9 out of 10 cases once he got the number. I don't tend to think he was exaggerating by all that much.

When was 4T5 interviewed? :p

How can "taking photographs without consent" be a hate crime?

This goes against the current laws that allow photographs to be taken in public places, or private places open to the public as long as there is no expectation of privacy or the owner of the premises asks you to stop.

Consent is not required to take a photograph of someone in a public place.

I assume it's aimed at weirdos who take pictures of women's arses and ****.

Whilst I don't condone such acts there's nothing illegal about it.

The main laws are:

- Sexual offences act 2003 - Voyerism - Which focuses on photographing "private acts" or installing equipment to capture it.

- Outraging public decency - in common law offence - This would focus more on if the act you are doing is indecent, i.e. if you are lying on the floor aiming upwards whilst taking said picture you are probably breaking the law.

The morality of what photos someone takes are a completely different thing, but it's frustrating that so few people understand that in a public environment a photographer is generally free to take photographs. If permission was required then every time someone planned to take a photo at a concert they'd need to ask every single person in the background for their permission.

In most instances a photographer will of course ask the subject for permission but this is out of common courtesy and nothing to do with a legal requirement.

The suggestion that wolf-whistling is a *hate* crime just goes to show how far out of touch with reality Nottinghamshire Police truly are.

No man wolf-whistles a woman with hate in his heart.

Idiots.

So at the moment men need to have triple signed and authenticated contracts for sex or risk being accused of rape the next day..

Now men cannot even talk to women without them being triggered, I wonder if the frogbeasts that dreamed up this stupid rule will press charges if it was brad pit?

I wonder how long before all men need to go on sexual harassment courses and 'toxic masculinity, how it has progressed humanity but it is bad now because of my feelings' courses....

I used to wonder why MGTOW was growing in numbers, women these days are ****ing nuts.
