Gigabyte Steam Promo

Hi

Has anybody successfully registered there Gigabyte motherboard for the current steam promotion offer because i have filled in all the details but nothing happens when i press the Present now button :confused:

Anybody have a clue

Sorry for the problem you have.

Could you tell me if this button is active or grayed out?

Do you see any error message windows after pressing this button? If yes what kind of?

Make sure you have ticked both boxes above it:
"By submitting my personal data I accept...."
"Yes, in submitting this form I agree..."

Is the invoice file uploaded? What is its format and size?

Just to echo the above. Ive tried on both chrome and edge and correctly filled in all the boxes. When you press the "present now" button nothing happens at all. Boxes have been ticked as well.

Hi Giga-Man

Yes i have ticked all the boxes which then makes the button active but nothing happens when you press the present now button

The file is only 60kb in size and its the PDF format.
