Back when I was a teenager I would love to buy all the designer labels such as CK Polo Armani YSL etc, and think I was cool lol. Nowadays I look at it all as overpriced and no way would I ever pay for it.
Then just a minute ago I googled Tom Ford after seeing his label on a TV show called POWER. My jaw dropped as the prices. £800 for a jumper £600 for a pair of Jeans. Who the hell buys this and thinks it worth it?

The most I've ever spent was £80 on a Jumper and £150 on a pair of boots.

bored now but you know what I mean :)

I spent £800 on a Richard James suit about 5 years ago.

Note to self ---- don't drink in Harvey Nichols bar all afternoon and then go shopping.

Spent £500 on a Hugo Boss suit as my old one was getting knackered.

Then spent £350 on a G Star bomber jacket for the winter, probably the best 350 I've ever spent lol.

I've never been one for designer labels and all that **** or allowing other people to dictate what I should be wearing because it's apparently "in fashion".

As for my most expensive purchase, I'd have to guess but I'd say it was my ¾ length black suede jacket. As a rule I try to never go above £100 on any item of clothing.

£450 on a pair of shoes.

On the opposite side of this, I picked up a genuine Vivienne Westwood skirt for £20 in a pop-up charity store recently. Sold it for £280.

I was thinking that i don't really spend stupid amounts on clothing then I remembered my Kilt was over £800.

Me, clothes... pfft? -- I wear nature's own circuitry. But I did once buy someone a onesie for 300 shinies! :) Its sweatshop price is probably less than a tenner. Oh well. Whatever twiddles one's fibres, I suppose.

Spent £350 on a suit (Suit Supply) and I've spent £350 on a leather jacket (Soul Revolver).

Love both. Wear both most weeks.

A £300 onesie?

Wouldn't happen to have a link to said garment would you?

We are talking seven years ago, the halcyon hipster days before hipsterism became mainstream.:o The season's long passed. Searching by price on the Bay of Es returned no banana. :( Still, pick any M&S monstrosity and imagine it in royal purple... with ears and a hood. No, I'm not joking.
