I am unable to find any solid information on this.
Anyone know if the RX 480 is capable of running in 4-Way crossfire.
Cheers lads.
Sure isAMD said they wont put any stops to more than two GPUS
Haha, that's what I want to hear
I have four tasty PCI-E x16 slots on my motherboard and I have been contemplating on how to fill them, while on a budget.
Trifired 480s definitely is ok but I am still working on getting quadfire to work.

That sounds like progress!
What seems to be holding back quad-fire?
pretty sure some boxes had 2x CF on them; definitely a waste of time imo... (unless you are mining crypto coins or something)
*Edit* my rx480 sapphire box says upto 2 GPUs
I have no intention of using four of them in a gaming setup haha. I agree, in that sense it's a waste of time..
Rather, it it were possible, I would have them as an enthusiast setup. Benchmarks and the likes.
Although now that you mention mining, I may have other plans...
QuadFire is definitely supported on the RX 480.
That's the answer I was looking for
Is it supported straight out the box? Or do you need a specific driver?
