The most high profile cheese shop I can think of is Neale's Yard Dairy in Covent Garden. I guess you could email them and ask if they ever stock it or import it.
After that you could try emailing a Norwegian producer and ask them for the name of their UK supplier.
At a real push you could email the cultural attaché at the Norwegian Embassy and ask them if they know of any suppliers in the UK.

I like cheese and on my last visit to Norway I tried some but it wasn't to my liking, it's extremely tart and very strong/pungent. Kinda reminded me of eating orange peel.
