Just seems to me the present day we live in is getting dystopian really quickly and tech is advancing at a alarming rate.

We now have vr headsets which put you INSIDE games this is too much.

We have a pr0n site which works with vr headsets and faps you automatically using a peripheral.

Drones that deliver booze to your doorstep when you blink in time to a advert when wearing google glass.

Does anyone want or need this?

This is frightening.

It's awesome. Means I have to spend far less time around people, rendering my potential risk of exposure to idiots at a minimum :D

What about the tech-to-be that is driverless cars? My eyesight (or lack of) is such that I'll never be road legal so this will be useful to me if the tech kicks off reliably.

Turns out that the using the free selfdrive app on your mobile doesn't actually cut any ice with the police when they pull you over because you have had a few shandies and slightly mounted the pavement once or twice on the way home.

Not gonna lie, i have yet to experience any of these things you mention in my daily life.

We're not there yet

Neither have I but the future's looking bright, especially with these 2 in it!

We're on our way there.

I'm hoping it'll end up like Demolition Man, but with actually sex and all the Right-Wing can be forced to live underground eating rat-burgers.

The world is what you make of it. I embrace tech when it is useful, and embrace people and being human and lack of tech whenever I can. So it is up to you to balance it.
