They have not mentioned he is a Shia Muslim. They have not said he worshipped Anders Brevik. They haven't said he was right wing either.

All they have mentioned is that, there is an obvious link to the Norway attacks and they have found material related to shootings. Initially they said they were operating under the assumption that this was a terrorist attack, but have since stated there is no link to IS.

Anything else is you talking information from all over the internet and attributing to the police.

You don't want to debate with me, because you know what I will ask next. Please source your claims showing this information came from the police.

Because if he's confirmed as being another follower then it likely helps direct the motive and aid the investigation.
So again I'll ask, why, when given the recent attacks throughout Europe and the perpetrators are they not releasing his religion? It's entirely pertinent.

Ask Arazi. Apparently they have already released that he is a Shia Muslim.

Maybe he'll present where they have said this, to you.

The police haven't released much information, they have no obligation to do that right now. Also what is pertinent is debatable.

Perhaps German security and authorities know something you dont. Maybe they have been through his flat and found evidence to suggest it being the case?

Not everything is a conspiracy theory, just because your preconceived notions don't match up.

The trouble is, as I posted earlier, the German police have shown they have an agenda and just cannot be trusted.

Other than the fact you're linking very basic media responses by police/authorities together in a black and white manner, many people realize that criminals and murderers come in all shapes and forms. Something that appears you don't want to admit to/understand.

You could also argue that a person with mental health issues that appears to have a fascination with mass killings seems to fit fairly well with stereotypical shooter.

Listen, they couldn't come up with a suspect like that in Men in Black.

Fair enough, i have exaggerated slightly :) But most of it is reported as fact and i have heard it from the security forces own mouths in the press conferences.

I'll ask one question, if he follows what the Norway killer did, does that make him right wing?

Perhaps they aren't releasing his religion because people would jump to conclusions? Perhaps their current investigation has pushed Islamic extremism to the bottom of the list of possible motives and as such his religion isn't relevant?

I'm sure the police aren't just ignoring any possible connection with Islamic extremism, but if isn't likely to be related there is little point in dwelling on the possibility when there are better leads to follow. In return there is little point in dwelling on it in press releases and news reports.

It's almost funny, why aren't we dwelling on the fact he appears to have had a recognizable mental illness. In which case should we not be dwelling on the treatment of mental health patients in Germany. with what has been released so far that appears to be more relevant to this situation.
