No. It will be the same as any other manufacturer so the warranty continues from the original card purchase date.

That's a shame as there is nothing stopping them from throwing a broken card at knowing you will be out of warranty in the time it takes to arrive and test.

Still doesn't hurt to ask about RMA, especially given the fact it has had same fault previously. Did you pay for card on a credit card?
