At least 19 people have been killed in a knife attack at a centre for disabled people outside Tokyo.


Twenty others have been injured, a Japanese news agency is reporting

Note that when they say knife, they may actually mean machete or some type of short sword. The attacks in China by xinjiang separatists are done with such weapons and described as knife attacks
