Are my pants about to be pulled down?

Lol, guard X.

It pays for the Grandson's racing well enough.

If cash is tight why do you think 15 grand cars are the right answer?

There seems to be this thing where the less money people can spare the newer the car they tend to get :p

This!

I know people who are struggling to save for mortgages, moaning that they have no spare cash etc, but then think nothing of buying leasing renting someone elses brand new BMW or similar. Are people in this country just clueless when it comes to financial matters?

Also, two previous owners in 6000miles? I guess one could be a pre-reg and then an old person who used it to go to the shops once a week over 3 years.

Or it could be a car where the first owner had a load of problems with it, to the point where the dealer bought it back, then the second person had the same and traded it in at JCT600?

Having looked it bit more - who would buy that?!

You know when they're listing "4 grab handles", "glove box" and "heated rear windscreen" as features that it's going to be sparse on the spec list. It hasn't even got climate control. Obviously it's never going to be specced to the hilt, but when you're spending £18,000 in 2016, you'd expect some basic amenities.

Don't forget the windsreen insurance, exhaust insurance and the all important insurance excess insurance - You can never be too careful :p

If only they did insurance excess insurance excess insurance :( The peace of mind it'd give would be worth it.

I don't understand why someone would buy a BlueGT and then do so little miles in it. I'd have a guess it's got some problems underneath that the first owner shifted it on quickly.

Edit: It's been untaxed since the 4th June, so I take it the dealer are having problems shifting it themselves

This sounds like that thread from a while back when some guy purchased a poverty spec used Clio from a car supermarket on the worst finance deal ever were it worked out he was paying the same as what a new one would have cost over a few years :D
Op don't buy that. 12k on a 3 yr old Polo is laughable you can get a 2013 Focus for 9k or an ST Fiesta for less. I just don't get why people pay these prices for Polo's and run of the mill Golf's thinking they are getting something premium.
And alloy+tyre insurance :D what the hell is that all about?

How much is the E90 costing a month to keep on the road? Doubt it's £225.

Why, if money is tight, shoehorn yourself into such a commitment. Save that £225 each month for when the E90 breaks. My B7 A4 is probably similar age and on 134K and I see no reason why it wouldn't do that again.

If you must change the car why not take out a loan and part ex the E90 - should get more than £2K for it.
