So this Pokemon Go fad thing ..............

I dont think you can buy powerful pokeballs. I used the lucky egg from leveling and timed it with a ton of evolution and egg hatches which was from building up 2/3 days worth of candies from sitting at the pub with lures on.
Bought only 8 eggs but i do admit i bought a few incubators to maximise the effect of my given eggs from levelling. If you time it right you can skip a few levels at once!

I am not using eggs anymore since my xp gain is too high compared to stardust and its hard to keep the pokemon at top level. Still have 4 eggs left. Given how much time and enjoyment i have spent and gained from this game, well worth the purchase!

You don't actually need the Pokemon to be within the circle to engage/capture it.

Nice work! I'm on Out of Hours this week so can't really go out...well, far from home anyway. I've got 2x5km and 1x10km eggs with 1.5km left on them so will spend the evening walking and farming the only Pokestop in my area as I'm running desperately low

Where i sit at work there is 5 pokestops in range (well i need to move accross site to get 2..)

And 1 gym.

I dont have that many decent pokemon because i dont actually go anywhere with it. I just farm the stops all day :/ Its sad i know

Level 18 now but won't have a chance again to hatch eggs until Saturday

Got 20 at lunch. Also evolved a starmie to 1150 and seaking to 1000. Have a amazing psyduck, pigeotto and drowsie that will break 1000+ and possibly considerably more after just a few more candies.

20 seems to really change things up, i feel that rarer ones now pop up a fair bit easier or are at least visible to me now. in 10 minutes of getting 20 i found a wartortle and dratini

I have found if the base pokemon is level 550+ you get 1300+ finals.

I have a Drowsie thats currently 584...! need more levels to get it to 600 before i evolve it

Assuming you're not wasting more than 1-2 powerups, that's not a bad catch. If you're doing more than 2 powerups, I would wait for a stronger one.

Have found out that some people are using Bots to farm pokeballs...

You can be banned though.. dunno if its worth the risk.

Erm, I'd say wasting stardust on something like a Drowzee/Hypno is a very bad idea. Other pokemon will quickly outpace it. plus you shouldn't be powering up unevolved pokemon as when they evolve they might have bad attacks, and then you have wasted the stardust.

Powering up after evolving doesn't cost any more, the price is always based on the pokemon's level, it's evolutionary stage has nothing to do with it.
